We are an independent, authorized MightyWELL enrollment site. We are not MightyWELL, Tall Tree Administrators, or ShareWELL, and their own privacy policies apply to the information you give them.

SMS A2P Policy

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from TC Benefits, LLC. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number the message came from. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS.

Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Phone numbers collected with SMS consent, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Information Collection And Use

Mobile Information Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you. This information is only used in-house by us for use to internal agents, brokers, producers, staff and advisors.

This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information. Cookies are files with small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Membership Enrollment

At the time of enrollment only into a specific MightyWELL membership or other product, your information will be sent directly to MightyWELL or that company directly. Enrollment is completed in the MightyWELL enrollment application at portal.mightywellhealth.com.

TC Benefits, LLC may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary:

  • To comply with a legal obligation
  • To protect and defend the rights or property of TC Benefits, LLC
  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
  • To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
